#57: Where Indeed

This Comic's Storylines:

This is a favorite comic of mine. I just like how all the various little plot threads I'd been working with tied together so nicely in this comic. Worked out really well.
See, this is the things with how I do the comic... I dunno how many others do this, but I don't plan out the comic much at all. When I say it's improv, I really mean it. I have a document I've made that goes over the big storyline for the series, but I don't specify what will happen in "this comic" or "that comic."
Part of why I do it this way is just because I'm lazy. I hate planning stuff too far because it takes a lot of work. But also, if I plan stuff too much, I miss out on opportunites like this, where the comic falls togetehr and even I'm surprised and delighted by the results. Here's to lack of planning!
Oh, and the pretty boys in the top panel are Joachim, Juste, and Alucard, in case you didn't catch it.

I hated that boss, too. Do you also realize that thief is spelled wrong?

Eh, yeah... but at this point the comic is so old, I'll just leave the occasional misspelling. Lends authenticity. ;)

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
