Remember, ever 100 years Dracula will rise from the grave (if left to his own devices). A little bit of sunlight is only a mild deterent, not a true problem.
I like the fact that we get to slowly watch the group fade off, one-at-a-time, as the evening goes on. I think I use a similar device in a later Haloween comic.
Also, note that Dracula only hits on dudes. Just sayin'...
