You really can't "macho" up a name like Herschel. It's not like Chuck, or Rambo, or Alejandro. The name would have to have a lot of adjectives added to it to be macho.
The Destroyer of Cities, Devourer of Souls, Feared, Avoided, Quickly Ignored when Met on the Street, One Who's Name Strikes Terror into Those Who Would Do Marginally Evil Deeds, The Unknowably Deadly Herschel.

Alejandro also sounds like a Spanish Porn name. Still macho, though.
