Every battle with Dracula will involve the vampire going through multiple forms (usually two, if not three), with the last one invariably being some variant on a "demon" form (SCV4 broke this tradition, but most follow it).
Blacula's demon form is a recolor of Soma's from Dawn of Sorrow (I believe).
