Katrina is the strong female. Alec is the submissive one *drum riff*.
This actually establishes a level for all the heroes. Katrina would presumably somewhere near the rest of them, so they're all somewhere around Level 5. If this were a video game RPG, that would be seriously low, but for table-top games, it's not too weak. Pretty standard, really.
