I believe the line is something about the things she could do with "two lawn chairs, four milk bottles, and a tuning fork." But then, that's from Return of the Killer Tomatoes, which I'm sure no one besides me has watched, so yeah...

And yes, the trope is that prisons will always have some inept guard you can lure into the cell to beat and, steal their keys, and escape. Or that there will be items in the cell you can use to fashion an escape route.

It's not playing fair when there's no proper escape route.
