Those are the worst minions. What king of army is she trying to build, if it's all skeletons, zombies, and bats. They're all one-hit baddies.
I find I tend to have every kingdom eventually end up some kind of democracy. Dracula does it in Villains, just as Angel and Princess debate doing it here. I think even the original, home version of this kingdom became a democracy.
