#969: 'Splode
This Comic's Cast:
In my head I always think I run a tight continuity in the series, without a lot of random crossovers. I mean, we started with a lot early on, sure, and the Other Heroes did keep going for a while, but I always felt like I purposefully tightened everything up.
Then we get to a set of strips like there, where we have a Mega Man boss, Spies, Zelda enemies, and that's not even including regular series appearances from Link and Blacula, and I have to concede that maybe I'm not running as tight a ship as I thought.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
