#1059: Crushing

Of course, I've already established (in Year One), that if shaft dies he becomes a ghost. But then, that was established in Castlevania continuity, and I just took the little grain of an idea (one boss battle in Symphony of the Night) and ran with it.
You will note the Samus's ship (the Dawn Treader Mk. II) is a different color here than it was in the previous comic. I did think about recoloring it (so that it would match the dawn colors), but I felt that leaving it in its original color in the previous comic was better. Now it looks like it's totally powered down.
Seriously, it's already dawn?! How short is the night around here?
