Visor switching has prominence in the Metroid Prime series. I'm okay with including it here, not only because I really dug Metroid Prime but also because it's doesn't really date which version of Samus we're dealing with. Most all of the powers she has in the comic stem from that game (which used a lot of the same stuff as Super Metroid) and even if it does show she had to have gone through Prime at some point, Prime happens almost immediately after the first game in the whole series. There's a lot of timeline this series could fit into for her.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
