While the three new female characters are all custom creation, Alexander is very much not. He's basically a Richter clone, edited and recolored. His positions are all Richter positions, and aside from some minor pixel editing (a new shirt, some goggles), he's Richter through and through.
Of course that was for good reason. All the Belmonts tend to look and act the same. And that's not just a CVRPG thing -- the whole Castlevania series (at least the old school games) made the Belmont heroes very similar. It's a trope, and I'm sticking to it.
