#1761: Not Subtle

This Comic's Storylines:

So in the original game that this past section of CVRPG IV is based on (we were going to call it Castlevania: Origins) the heroes have to battle their way through six mansions before unlocking the right to enter the walled city of Taros and face off against (a) the Evil Sorceress and (b) Vlad Dracul. Not a typo, we mean Dracula's father.

Bear in mind this plan was before the Castlevania series decided to really fuck everything up put Dracula as living earlier than he historically could have. If we set it too far in the past (long before Castlevania Legends) then we wouldn't be able to use Dracula. We went with Dracul just because it made historical sense.

Of course with CVRPG I'm being purposefully vague as to when the pat section of Game IV is happening, so Dracula can totally be included and it's no big deal.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
