This Comic's Storylines:

Not having an energy meter for my bosses does tend to make it difficult to see just how far along the heroes are in a fight. Of course, most RPGs don't give their bosses and energy meter either, so it's not as if I'm playing outside the bounds of the rules here.

Really, action games are the ones that give our energy meters. CVRPG is much more RPG-like than that.
