#2379: Hard Life on the Road

This Comic's Storylines:

One thing I enjoy about this little series is that I don't have to play with the same dynamics among the characters that I have in the main series. Princess here doesn't have to be in love with Alec and, in fact, she can have a giant chip on her shoulder.

Although, of course, that part is at least easily explained. I know among rockers (at least the ones I've talked to) there's this attitude that "girls can't play rock." The thought is that women are somehow incapable of creating as hard of rock as men. I've heard this a lot.

Personally, I think it's bullshit. Flyleaf, Kittie, Nightwish. Plenty of popular bands with rocking music and female leads. Suck it. But hey, if this attitude is prevalent then Princess will have something to prove. More power to her.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
