I watched a speed run of original flavor Final Fantasy, and it was impressive. The guy barely leveled, barely fought anything, and didn't search around for much of any loot. This is the way of speedrunners -- they know exactly what loot they need and exactly how much experience they have to get to finish their games. It's impressive.
Darkmoon, in no way, ascribed to that model of adventuring. Running is fine and dandy, sure, but you have to take a little time to looting now and again.
