This is a key bit of terminology we'll have to clear up later, but dispelling the clone in this sense would mean to get rid of it completely, since we'd be reversing all the magic. Later (earlier in the series), if Katrina dispelled the clone, she was just temporarily un-summoning her. I think it's pretty clear, at this point, that Katrina is never really getting rid of the clone.
