Rabbits, like Bats, are sometimes described as rodents when they're not. This was something I had to look up, and Wikipedia set me straight.

If you go by common usage then rodent applies to any small animal (typically mammals) that is a pest or nuisance, so yes by that definition it can be applied to rabbits and bats. If you're going by a technical definition, specifically creatures that are related to rats and mice, then no, neither one is a rodent.
Also, if anyone could truly understand Bunny by this point it'd be her.
