#3035: Overheard

This Comic's Storylines:

Well, she is the ship's A.I. Any time they need to speak to the "computer", they're talking to Gertie, and she has to be available to them whenever she wants. The difference between Gertie and a computer on Star Trek is that the Star Trek A.I. isn't also an intelligent being with thoughts and emotions. When the computer is listening, it's not thinking, and judging, and storing ideas up for later. It's just there. Having a living being (which is basically what Gertie is) listening is more... confusing.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
