I'm not really sure what his plan was. If the bird-bears don't trust him because one Katrina is with them, wouldn't two be even worse? I'd think so. Still, I need both of them on the planet and this was an easy way to get them there (since they didn't both go to the planet to begin with because... reasons? I really needed to think this through better).
