#3148: Submarine Alert

Star Trek is great for all kinds of naval terms (at least for a layman), but if there are terms specific to a submarine and not above-water naval ships (which I assume there are), Trek hasn't taught me any of them. So we'll just make a bunch of them up and act like everything is okay.
