#21: A Long Afterlife

This Comic's Cast:

This comic does raise the question of how the energy can be there and yet still in potentia for a future action that, in fact, may not occur exactly the way it did originally?

When one talks about time ripples, alternate realities, and the danger of accidentally creating paradoxes, this is what they mean. Does it then lead that, even though Death may not need to reboot continuity in the way he did before, he would still have to, somehow, use up the same amount of potential energy? Would he even need to come here, or would there be an entirely different plotline going on instead?

Is that other plotline what's explained as happening all along?

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
