#253: The Adventure Never Ends
Of course, the scenario Simon lays out there in a sarcastic fashion is the exact plot for Castlevania's direct sequel, Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. I like to think that every direct sequel is caused by the hero's own actions in the previous entry in a series.

I mean, would the Matrix II or III really have played out at all like they did if Neo hadn't killed Agent Smith the way he had in the first Matrix movie?

Would the Joker have come about in The Dark Knight is Batman hadn't done such a good job of cleaning up the perceived corruption in Batman Begins?

Would the Turtles have had to had an awful adventure through time if they hadn't killed Super Shredder in TMNT II?

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
