As observed above, Frankie is a much different person in this world. It's like, without Mummy tagging along, Frankie somehow had to pull himself together. I'm not saying Mummy is holding Frank back so much as I wonder if Frankie just isn't trying to very hard in the main universe.
I always remembered Raye not getting a lot of screen time here. She's much more interesting than I remembered (even if she's mostly just the but of jokes). She certainly gets enough screen time to come across as a credible threat.
