It's supposed to look like Dracula is 'porting around the room. I think it plays well for most people, but I never felt like it looked quite right. Honestly, if I'd really wanted to effect to come across best, I'd have done four frames for each teleport, but that would have dragged out the pacing.
Of course, I supposed I could have animated it, but as DSWC has proven, I don't have the stamina to do animation regularly.
