#536: Troubling News

This Comic's Cast:

I am not going to deny that I wrote myself into a corner here. Maria, as written in her dialogue, seems to care that Annette is dead, and yet in the past she's been all to willing to sleep with the heroes when it was convenient (usually Cornell, but Richter got with her in the epilogue to the first game). The two versions of the character failed to align in my head.

So I wrote it that Richter got her drunk. It is Richter. No one can deny that it doesn't make sense.

It's just, as Cornell puts it, "not cool."

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
