DSWC Villains Introduction #14: Two Series, Two Perspectives

This Comic's Cast:

Okay, so here's the deal. Back when I was going through the DSWC archives, working on comics, I had the thought of "what would this series be like if we focused on the villains instead of the heroes?" A lot goes on in the original series that effects the bad guys, and some of their stories, which are only hinted at, are integral to the big plotline of the original series.

There was only one issue: some actions later in the series would have drastic consequences on the earlier stories. As such, the idea kind of evolved into not only a villainous retelling but also a look at the early stories to see just what changed.

I caution it probably would be best for new readers to go read DSWC first before coming back to Villains.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
