#288: And So It Begins

This Comic's Cast:

Unlike the original Cornell, the evil doppelganger has access to his werewolf form (and uses it). I've been fairly vague about where Cornell falls in his timeline, especially after the continuity reboot of the comic series. In the games (spoilers), Cornell gives up his wolfish powers to save his sister, Ada, from Dracula. But, then, Ada never shows up in the comic, and Cornell and she aren't married (she was adopted and it's not supposed to be as creepy as it sounds).

So, I guess Cornell hasn't fought Dracula yet, for realsies, except that he has because he knows he has...

Which is probably why the original Cornell will never shapeshift in the come. Too hard to explain it all away. I did give it to the clone, though, because damn if it isn't bad ass.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
