#289: Darting About

This Comic's Cast:

This battle is supposed to serve as a counter-point to the original battle between Richter and Cornell in the main series. Here the two have quite the back-and-forth at high speeds -- instead of Cornell never moving and the two of them shooting the shit as much as fighting.

It should be noted that the Richter Clone has a full complement of items at his disposal, including Greek Fire (instead of Holy Water), an Axe, Boomerang Blade (instead of Cross), Daggers, and a Snake Whip (instead of a Vampire Killer). Some, like the snake, are based on weapons the doppelgangers in Castlevania games have used, while others were chosen simply to make sure the clone didn't use holy items (in my head, it doesn't feel right to let him use those, as he's not really holy himself).

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
